I often order clothing via the net and when purchasing through an overseas company for the 1st time I often feel a little at risk. However I was very quickly put at ease when I contacted Kevin through the customer service department with a handful of questions pertaining to my order. Every time I would send Kevin email I would hear back within a couple hours. He was prompt efficient and did not beat around the bush with my direct questions regarding product quality, manufacturing, delivery process and how it would be sent- arrival time etc. I received my product much faster than I ever anticipated considering is was being sent from halfway around the world and it arrived in perfect condition through FedEx and have been insured. Immediately I noticed the quality of the leather that was used and the detail in the stitching. The interior of the motorcycle best I ordered was also lined with beautiful material and I could tell right away this was a custom-made leather vest. In the past when I had purchased motorcycle jackets or vests From other companies I would receive a very thin jacket, clearly machine made and would only last me about a year because of poor stitching. However on my first motorcycle ride with my vest from Leather Collection I was completely protected by the wind on the freeway, kept very warm and felt very secure. Even though I was wearing only the vest and a T-shirt I felt highly protected from the wind and sun as if I was wearing a full leather jacket. There are so many pockets on this vest that's perfect for carrying wallet's keys large items small items whatever you want and they're perfectly placed so that I don't experience bulkiness or uncomfortableness which I've experienced many times with prior vests and jackets when trying to carry a larger item on my bike arrange transport. I was also blown away by the detail of the handmade craftsmanship of the jacket. I expect to have this jacket for years to come and I will not hesitate to order future products from Leather Collection. The price is right the quality is phenomenal and the customer service couldn't be better.

Dear Leather Collection,I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the quality of your shoes, which I had expected to be reflective of the high prices you charge. Unfortunately, after wearing your shoes merely three times, the soles detached, and the straps broke. This unacceptable durability has left me frustrated and questioning the value of your products.Its happened to all of the products I've bought in past still being a loyal customer considering it being my favourite place to shop at but now I have no trust that I can rely on your products ANYMOREFor a brand that prides itself on quality and craftsmanship, the rapid deterioration of your shoes is not only inconvenient but also contradicts the premium image you portray. I had anticipated a longer lifespan given the investment in your footwear, but the reality has been disappointing.I urge you to address these quality issues promptly, as it is disheartening to invest in a supposedly reputable brand only to encounter such significant problems. This motorbike leather suit is very nice, good, soft and smoother, and comfortable when riding. I Ordered XL followed by the size chart. After receiveing my motorbike leather suit and it was exactly fit. Great service and fast shipment.

Have never received the jacket ordered. In fact, I'm pretty sure the jacket was never sent, since the tracking number wasn't provided. "Customer support" is totally unresponsive. I strictly suspect that this "company" is no more, than a site in internet. This guys are SCAM, beware.
